Third time here and better than ever!
We love coming back to this house. It suits our family perfectly - lots of room to gather for meals or TV. The suite upstairs accommodates our daughter and her family (children 2 and 4). Downstairs primary bedroom is ours. That leaves a third bedroom if other family members are able to join us. The best stocked kitchen we have ever encountered and that’s a big deal for our family who loves to cook. This stretch of the beach is not crowded and is plenty wide enough to set up our canopy for the day. There is not a great deal of change from low to high tide. This house is exactly as described in the listing. Lots of room for family to spend time together with plenty of seating options that offer views of the gulf. Property owner was very courteous and even provided a gift for visitors which was a 1st for us with VRBO rentals. Easy and convenient beach access via wooden boardwalk to an uncrowded beach. "A great time at the Coy t. on CSB!Coy "T" by the Sea, the home is as advertised. It was very inviting and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. We didn't use the second floor but the the rooms were tastefully decorated and had great views. Loved having an actual ice machine. It was the perfect accompaniment for cold drinks on those 90 degree days. We spent time on the screened deck sipping those drinks, watching waves crash on the beach and even saw a few pods of dolphins. The deck was also a great place to watch the sunsets while eating dinner. Great location, relatively private, short walk to the beach and nearby activities. We also appreciated the parking area under the home, especially on those 90 plus days. The host, Robin, was easy to reach and quick to reply to our questions. We completely enjoyed our time at the Coy T, would stay and again and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quiet but accessible place to stay on Cape San Blas. Everything was absolutely wonderful, the kitchen was stocked with all the utensils, small applicances-just bring food and you're set. The beds and bedding were so comfortable as well.
